Frankincense was burned in every Egyptian temple. It appeared in the Ebers Papyrus as a medicine, was used to embalm pharaohs, and was found in the tomb of Tutankhamun. It was one of the gifts brought to newborn divine beings across multiple ancient traditions.

Three drops on the wrists. Sit facing east. Breathe frankincense in for 4 counts, hold 4, release for 8. Repeat 7 times. Feel the veil between worlds grow thin.
